Dancing the Route with Bob Osgood
Posted in DefaultTag by squaredance at 11:40 pm

Heres an uncomplicated dance but will  keep you  on your toes without any puzzles to solve.
The choreograph comes from the 1948-1953 Sets In Order Archive. Bob Osgood makes good use of  ladies chain.
One move no longer  used is  active couples lead to couple on right, circle left  half way, head men let go of the person in their left hand and  the circle  straightens out  into a line of 4  facing across the set.
The challenge, like APD, calls are to the dancers in the given position at the time of the call.
Good luck with this  great  elementary  dance.    Keep a smile on your face.
